home located across from the famous Key West Cemetery in Key West's finest
neighborhood. Exclusive million dollar homes line nearby Frances Street. Casa
Serendipity is one of the finest examples of the "conch cottage" style
architecture that Key West is famous for.
Designed to accommodate a large family or group, this four-bedroom home has
two full baths, one upstairs which has a tub, the other downstairs has a shower.
The light and airy living room features an abundance of French doors over looking
the covered veranda, lush grounds and pool. A 27" flat screen TV makes the
living room a favorite place to relax. The spacious dining room will elegantly
accommodate your large group.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with king beds, one with CD player and safe,
the third bedroom has a trundle bed with either one or two twin beds.
